Snoop Lion follows up on “No Guns Allowed,” the new single from his Reincarnated album, by releasing the visual accompaniment for the song. The music video, which is primarily filmed in black and white, sees Snoop reinforcing the solemn topic of his song with news clips from shootings over the past few years. These clips are presented as fragmented bits layered over artistic shots (and sometimes juxtaposed with a church choir), creating an evocative collage of national tragedy. Aside from Snoop Lion, Cori B. – Snoop’s daughter – and Drake make an appearance. Enjoy the video above, which was directed by Jessy Terrero.

The new sports rep agency will be partnered with established sports rep establishment, CAA Sports.

Always one to come out swinging, Jay-Z wasted no time in making his first signing a big one by snagging New York Yankees second baseman, Robinson Cano. In a press release, the man who built Roc Nation spoke on his motivation behind starting this new venture:

Last night (Feb 19), Chrisette Michele was scheduled to perform in Times Square in New York City, but the show had to be cancelled due to the singer having to be hospitalized. A source told Singersroom the singer is suffering from a ruptured appendix.

Chrisette is scheduled to open for Keyshia Cole on the Woman to Woman Tour starting on March 28 in Westbury, New York to promote her upcoming album Better on April 30th, the single “A Couple of Forevers” currently blowing up the net.

We wish her a speedy recovery. Get well soon, Chrisette!

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” is back this April (2013), but that doesn’t mean the drama isn’t continuing behind the scenes. Last night, during K. Michelle‘s sold-out show at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City, the “0 F*cks Given” singer-songwriter allegedly punched her cast member Oluremi “Mimi” Faust after an argument in her dressing room.

Christopher Dorner’s badly dismembered, cut up body was photographed after his death, and the pics are now being shopped to the media. TMZ claims they have seen the photos, the sellers showed up to their doorstep — and the shots are extremely gruesome. The top of his head, is gone due to a self inflicted wound due to gun shot in Big Bear, CA last week. TMZ reports, “The body is missing several limbs … including an arm and parts of a leg … and his midsection is charred from the fire that consumed the cabin during the Feb. 12 shoot-out. Despite the intense blaze, several body parts remained intact … including his eyeballs, chest area and penis.” Although, his teeth were barely damaged, that’s why they knew it was him. Photographer is currently on the prowl for a buyer since every website so far has declined.
